The reason I'm posting this link is because of the first name that
appears on the bios page - Ron Ober. Ron Ober, who is now a lobbyist
(go figure), his father Hal Ober, partner Hal Cole and good friend,
Earl Katz, were friends and partners with Charles Keating, and were
heavily involved with the deal that led to the involvement of the
Keating 5.

Some of the lobbyists in Ober's firm are:

Troy Corder, who provided constituent relations for U.S. Senator John
McCain, and Paul Senseman, who served on the Arizona staff of U.S.
Senator John McCain.

This story outlines the Obers' and Hal Cole's involvement:

Earl Katz was not only involved, but he was the money man - operating
fund raisers for DeConcini and McCain (although, admittedly, far more
for DeConcini).

But the fact is McCain is still connected to the principals of the
Keating 5, and still doing business with them.

And somehow this isn't relevant?
